Using the latest Solidworks 3D CAD software, our design team usually work closely with our customers to ensure that their design is optimised for production efficiency and usage requirements.
By working this way we are often able to reduce production costs and delivery times.
We have recently upgraded our laser cutting capabilities, purchasing the ENSIS 3015 AJ with a tower loader, a state of the art laser cutting machine. We have the facility to cut Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild steel up to 12mm thick. Curved shapes and bespoke products are not an issue. Fantastic and easy to use for prototyping, 1 offs and large batch runs.
Our skilled team and modern production facility means everything happens under one roof. Because we are in total control we ensure that our quality and delivery are never compromised.
Our Southam factory houses the latest Armada turret punch, laser machines, break presses and robot welders. To compliment this we also have an in-house Mig and Tig welding team, an automated powder coat line and full assembly facilities.
Whether your part is large or small, green or blue, matters not to us.
Our experienced team and broad range of standard colours and finishes, together with the latest powder coating technology, ensures a high quality, durable finish everytime.
With our three Amada 7 Axis presses we are able to fold up to 3 metre lengths. Our wide range of tooling allows us to fold, plunge, and create safe edges. For that special or intricate job we are able to manufacture bespoke tooling in house.

Our Amada EMK3510 with extensive tooling enables us to manufacture quickly and efficiently. Specialising in the production of parts using light gauge material we are able to form Louvres, Bridges and create tapped holes.
Our powder coating equipment and RDM double pass oven gives us the ability to powder coat smooth, textures, ripples and the like to create a top quality finish in a very cost effective way.
Our design team have the latest Solidworks 3D CAD software enabling them to produce drawings with unrivalled detail. We are able to ensure all dimensions are correct, fasteners, locks, hinges and the like all fit prior to the prototyping stage of development.
